He Stopped Loving Her Today by Overload For the past year, the most prominent thing on Data's mind had been the late Lieutenant Tasha Yar. Granted, he missed her terribly, but there was also the matter of the incident with her that had occurred, courtesy of the Tsiolkovsky virus. Afterwards she had been embarrassed about what happened and denied that it had ever taken place. He agreed that it would never be acknowledged again, but he had always quietly treasured that moment regardless and thought her very special to him. It hurt the android when she died and the emptiness he felt as a result was a sensation he had never encountered before. Something that would be impossible to heal. Until now. Data lay on his back and snuggled up to Geordi, as his lover gently moved in and out of him. The android softly squeaked in pleasure, and Geordi looked down at him and grinned fondly, chuckling a little. Data gave a content sigh as Geordi continued his gentle lovemaking, and he thought about the relationship the two of them had formed. Geordi had always been a good friend to Data, but as good friendships sometimes do, it blossomed and evolved into something much more special. Data felt very loved, and though Tasha had meant very much to him, she had never reciprocated those feelings, preferring to bury the one incident and leave everything else at a professional level, though she considered Data a friend. With Geordi it was different. Geordi thought the world of Data and was always very open to him. He also spent time with the android and was always there to talk, cuddle, or whatever else evolved. When they made love, the engineer's caresses were always gentle and warm...just like they were at this moment. Data shivered then, and drew a sharp breath, his climax building and then washing over him. He held onto Geordi as the engineer pleasured him and reached his own peak as well. When it was over, they lay cuddled up to each other. After awhile Geordi smiled at his lover and gently stroked his hair. "I love you, Data" he whispered. "I love you too, Geordi," came the shy reply. And though Tasha would always have a special place in his heart, the emptiness that Data had been feeling over the last year had finally healed. Fin. |
